The elegantly furnished property is the perfect holiday home for beach lovers, explorers of Thomas Hardy country or the New Forest/Isle of Wight area and for all 3 generation family groups or guests with restricted mobility. Close by are superb cliff top walks, National Trust properties with beautiful gardens and numerous attractions including Bucklers Hard, Beaulieu, Paulton's Park, Alice in Wonderland Family Park, and Christchurch Priory. Christchurch offers shops, restaurants, cinema and leisure facilities. In the evening you could BBQ in Seaways fully enclosed private garden with seating and summer house, or just stroll to the local pub. Seaways has FOUR bedrooms: 1 ground floor super-king-size or twin with en-suite shower room and WC and double doors opening straight onto the fully enclosed rear patio/garden. Upstairs is 1 double, 1 twin and 1 bunk bedroom. Bathroom: family size with shower over bath and WC. Separate WC off entrance hall. The lounge, dining room and kitchen/breakfast room are all on the ground floor. Lounge: with TV, DVD and Freeview, hi-fi with MP3 input and coal effect gas fire. Dining room: separate.
