Accommodation overview: This magnificent, detached barn conversion sits in 3 acres and commands great views over the surrounding countryside. The very large open-plan living space is the heart of the property and is a great place for families and friends to gather together. This stylish holiday home has been finished to a very high standard throughout offering both space and comfort, and using green oak beams which also frame the large windows. Sitting on the edge of the New Forest National Park gives direct access to acres of off-road walking, riding and cycling, yet there is very easy to access all the main routes to explore further afield. The New Forest National Park has much to offer, and visitors can see the free-roaming ponies, donkey and cattle. The small market town of Fordingbridge is close by with its famous stone bridge and fine arches, plenty of shops, pubs and café and riverside location to enjoy. The coastline with its Blue Flag beaches at Bournemouth and Poole are within easy reach, as is city of Salisbury with its medieval cathedral. There are many places of interest for the family to visit, including Marwell Zoological Park, New Forest Otter and Owl Wildlfe Park or a day out at Beaulieu Motor Museum to name a few places of interest nearby. Further afield, but worth the trip is Monkey World and the Tank Museum near Wool, Southampton with its maritime history and West Quay shopping centre. Shop 1 mile, pub 1/4 mile. Accommodation overview: Kitana is set in a quiet, exclusive no-through road just a mile from the old market town of Ringwood. The detached holiday home enjoys a spacious, light and airy feel. The garden wraps around the house and offers different sitting areas to make the most of any sunshine and also has a summer house. The holiday home provides a real haven from which to enjoy and explore the surrounding area. The New Forest can be discovered on foot, or by car or bicycle - exploring some of the appealing villages, and perhaps stopping for a cream tea in one of the many popular tearooms. Join the Castleman Trail nearby which follows along much of the old Southampton to Dorchester railway covering 16½ miles, the trail links 3 popular parks; Avon Heath Country Park, Moors Valley Country Park and Upton Country Park. There are many activities for all the family to enjoy, including Marwell Zoological Park, New Forest Otter and Owl Wildlife Park or a day out at Beaulieu Motor Museum to name a few places of interest nearby. Further afield, but well worth a trip, is Monkey World and the Tank Museum near Wool. Beach lovers will enjoy a day by the sea nearby at Mudeford, a charming fishing village lying at the entrance to Christchurch harbour and the centre of the local fishing industry, where fresh fish can be bought from the fish stall, or very popular are the Blue Flag beaches of Bournemouth and Sandbanks Poole.
