A short drive leads to Cowes host to regattas every summer as well as the famous Cowes Week whilst the natural harbour at Bembridge throngs with yachts and pretty houseboats.

A wealth of outdoor activities can be readily accessed – golf riding sailing cycle hire and fishing are all found nearby and windsurfing jet skiing sailplane flying and hang gliding are also available.
