Stylish well-equipped and warmly comfortable these newly built lodges boast their own blissful hot tubs and a peaceful setting on a family run working farm. In 2010 they were runners up in the very prestigious Wales Tourism Awards. With easy road access they are ideally placed for enjoying the Elan Valley’s superb fishing bird watching mountain biking and walking. Rhayader’s shops inns livestock markets spectacular red kite feeding station Welsh crystal factory cycle hire indoor pool play barn and adventure park are 4 miles. Museums art galleries Hay on Wye and Hereford Cathedral are an easy drive. Aberdovey’s golden sands and the dolphins of Cardigan Bay are within a day trip. Nearest pub 3 miles. Entrance hall. Spacious open plan sitting room with electric ’wood burner effect’ fire kitchen and dining areas and patio doors to decked area. Two double bedrooms with patio doors to decked area. Twin bedded room. Bathroom/WC (shower over bath). Separate WC.

"The lodge was excellently situated in the country peace and quite but close enough to the local village Ryhander that you could go out for dinner on an evening and buy any food stuff for self catering. The lodge was in excellent condition very clean and had all the amenities and after a long walk in the hills the hot tub was pleasurable."

"A superb holiday destination for anyone who values privacy tranquillity and stunning scenery. Ash lodge would make a great base from which explore the magnificent Welsh countryside providing you can bear to be away from the fabulous hot tub! The owners are friendly and helpful without being pushy and have provided all the little extras that make a break here utterly idyllic. I cannot recommend Lon Lodges highly enough!"

"Ash Lodge perfect - no words can describe how happy we felt when we arrived at our temporary home for a week. We would live there full time in a heart beat ..... If you love the outdoors and walking - this is definitely the holiday for you ... the skies are so clear that you can make out every single star from the hot tub .... we were even lucky enough to see two shooting stars during our stay."

"The accommodation is superb! Cleanliness was second to none and the attention to detail is superb everything you could want on holiday had been thought of! Location is excellent and secluded enough to enjoy the hot tub in peace. Ideal for dogs as the lodge is fully enclosed and loads of walks right on your doorstep. We will definitely be returning and recommending to friends and family."
