Adjoining the owners' home it sits just 1½ miles from Saxilby a large medieval village set on the Fossdyke Canal and offering dining pubs takeaways local shops horse riding and a direct rail link to the historic city of Lincoln 7 miles away. Here visitors will find a magnificent cathedral castle and fine shops and restaurants lining picturesque cobbled streets. The Lincolnshire showground events are 9 miles and Horncastle for antique hunting is 25 miles.
