With walking from the door directly into Snipe Dales Nature Reserve and onwards into Tennyson Country in the Wolds this is a really splendid place for a relaxing holiday. The quaint market town of Horncastle 4 miles offers shops restaurants swimming and Kinema in the woods at Woodhall Spa 10 miles. Riding 8 miles. Open plan spacious sitting room with elec ’woodburner effect’ stove and patio doors to terrace open plan to lovely fitted kitchen/dining room. First floor: Double bedroom.
