Accommodation overview: This delightful cottage is situated amidst open croftland close to the edge of the shore overlooking the spectacular Sound of Sleat in the south of the Isle of Skye. There are mesmerising seascapes across the Sound of the Knoydart peninsula on the far side from the cottage and the garden grounds. Set in 3/4 acre of gardens adjoining the owners croftland, Dunpark enjoys an enviable setting in this area known as the garden of Skye. Dunpark gets its name from a prominent rock formation that juts out into the sea just below the cottage, providing a striking focal point from the main lounge windows. Accommodation overview: The Pennyghael Estate covers approx. 10,000 acres, stretching from the shores of Loch Scridain southwards to the sea cliffs at Carsaig, overlooking Jura, Islay and Colonsay, and westwards for 5 miles from Pennyghael village. There is abundant wildlife on this beautiful island and visitors may see otters, red deer, sea eagles and golden eagles. For hill-walking, Mull has endless opportunities and there are splendid coastal walks along rugged unspoilt shores. On the estate, loch fishing for brown trout is free and shooting in season can be arranged at an extra charge. Easy access to nearby lona for day visits on the ferry, or take a boat trip to see seals, whales and a wide variety of sea birds.
Each of these three appealing properties is in a lovely private location and has superb views - garden table and chairs are provided for relaxing outdoors and there is plenty of space for children to play in the fresh air.
This lovely traditional detached farmhouse has a spectacular open outlook over Killunaig Reef, with its resident population of seals, to Loch Scridain and across to Ben More, the islands highest mountain and only Munro.

Accommodation overview: In the picturesque village of Fort Augustus, this listed end-terraced former estate cottage is quietly situated away from the main road yet within 5 minutes walking distance of shops, pubs and restaurants. The cottage has been sympathetically renovated retaining the gable windows and original fireplaces to keep the traditional character. Well-maintained, the cottage is warm and welcoming with a homely atmosphere. There is a delightful garden to the front with garden chairs and small portable barbecue.
Fort Augustus is half way between Fort William and Inverness (approx. 45 mins drive), an excellent central base for exploring all the Highlands have to offer. The wide choice of recreational amenities for all the family includes pleasure trips on Loch Ness, cycle hire, golf, sailing and fishing. Mountain bike and forest trails are nearby with the Great Glen Cycle route running through the village and for hill walkers there are at least 50 Munros within an hour's drive.

Accommodation overview: A warm Highland welcome awaits visitors to this small group of detached timber chalets set in landscaped gardens on the banks of the River Glass. This is a quiet and very scenic location in the heart of some of the most spectacular scenery in the Highlands. Glen Affric is one of the most majestic glens leading out of the village of Cannich, which is 1/2 mile from the park with shopping facilities and pub/hotel. This is an ideal situation for touring the north and west Highlands, Loch Ness is only a short drive and there are numerous beauty spots and forestry walks/ trails to be enjoyed. The area is well known for its sporting activities which include climbing, stalking, fishing, pony trekking, walking and cycling. For less strenuous activities, this is a popular spot for bird watching, photography and painting. This unique habitat of glens, lochs and Ancient Caledonian Pine Forests is home to many rare species including pine marten, otters, red squirrels, buzzards and the majestic golden eagle. The chalets are surrounded by safe grassed areas for playing and there is a barbecue area, childrens adventure playground and mountain bike hire. There is also a games room with pool table, table tennis, juke box and selection of books and games, internet and e-mail facilities.
