Accommodation overview: Sky View is a spectacular new build detached house, finished to an exceptional standard, with solid oak floors downstairs and oak finishes throughout. All the main rooms enjoy stunning views out to the sea, over to the Isle of Bute and Rothesay, in the distance you can see the mountains of north Arran. As the property name states it has an amazing sky view, with a south facing location you can enjoy the sun rising and setting. There are ten acres of grazing farmland on two sides of the property which is located at the end of a quiet road. The lounge has a fantastic oak fireplace with a state of the art remote controlled glass fronted gas fire. The stylish white curved kitchen units are finished off with solid oak worktops and open plan to the dining area provides a fabulous living space for all the family. The sun lounge is located at the heart of the house with low windows meaning you can sit back, relax and enjoy the view and catch a glimpse of the wildlife outside from swans to grey seals or even dolphins and an array of birds of prey. All three bedrooms enjoy the luxury of en suite facilities. At the top of the oak staircase is a beautiful glass balustrade balcony which has a superb view out through the six velux style roof windows and overlooks the sun lounge area below. With direct open access down to the shoreline you can launch a canoe or kayak to explore the coastline. Alternatively, you could just sit on a rock and try your hand at a spot of fishing. The quiet roads round this peninsula make them ideal for cycling.

Accommodation overview: Glenahuil provides the perfect get-away from it all location on the stunning Cowal Peninsula. The 130 year old modernized detached farmhouse sits on a hillside surrounded by a 50-acre working farm. There are spectacular views south of the Island of Arran, Inchmarnock and Bute from all the ground floor reception rooms. There is a spacious living room with open fire and leather sofas, a separate dining room with space for everyone to sit around the table comfortably, a fully-equipped kitchen with table and benches for four, and a newer conservatory with smaller table and three chairs as well as a 3-piece suite. The bathroom and shower room are also on the ground floor.  Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with coombed ceilings and velux windows, two with double beds and one with three single beds. The house has a private water supply from a well in the forest at the back of the property.  The house is completely private, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.  The approach to Glenahuil is by a three quarter mile track from the shore road around Ardlamont Point.  There is a lovely sandy beach approached by a nice 20 minute walk across the moor.

The main living space on the ground floor is open plan with oak floors. The large, spacious lounge area is the heart to this property, a place for everyone to gather. With a wonderful open fire and a stunning floor to ceiling feature window, this provides the ideal location to relax and enjoy the view, perhaps even see birds of prey soaring high in the sky or red deer wandering through the garden.
