Approached by a private tree lined drive the very comfortably furnished mill lies in the grounds of the owners' home surrounded by 40 acres of water meadows and grass keep (a hard tennis court is also available). Bude's superb beaches are a ½ hour drive. Rosemoor Gardens 10 miles. Shop and pub ½ mile.
