Built in traditional style with modern comfort, the holiday cottage adjoins the owners’ home, with its own patio and garden. The lovely grounds offer coarse fishing, horse grazing and private nature walks, with golf, riding and sailing all available nearby. Historic Wallingford 1½ miles, and Oxford, Henley and Newbury Racecourse all around half an hour’s drive. Shops 1½ miles. One step to entrance. Living/dining room with cast-iron wood-burner, sofa-bed (for +2) and French doors to patio. Spacious modern fitted kitchen with soft-tiled floor. Separate toilet.
