There are many original features such as exposed beams and charming fireplaces in many rooms. The property is approached via steps to the front entrance and very steep steps down to the back entrance (children and elderly beware). The small bustling town of Brixham has many restaurants and small shops, why not try crabbing off the harbour! There are a wealth of beaches and rocky coves nearby, all well worth a visit. Returning in the evening, why not enjoy a glass of wine on the front patio whilst watching the sun set over Brixham. This cottage offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with feature, ornamental stone fireplace and views to the harbour. 1 bunk bedroom. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/diner: open-plan with wonderful views across the harbour, TV/DVD, Freeview, hi-fi and gas fire. Ample seating around the dining table. Kitchen: with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and washer/dryer. Outside: to the rear of the property are, from top to bottom, 49 steps some wooden and approximately 20 very steep stone steps to the parking space. To the front of the property is a small patio area with furniture overlooking the harbour. There is a small drop to the side of this (so please take care). Amenities: off-road parking for 1 car and limited roadside parking. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. Booster chair available. Regret no dogs or smoking in the property. Location: pubs, shops and beaches all within walking distance.
