Only a few miles from the sandy beach of Widemouth Bay and a variety of amenities at Bude, which include the Bude Canal where you can hire boats or feed the ducks, as well as a selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and general entertainment. The pretty village of Stratton is close by, where you can enjoy a drink or a bite to eat in one of the two pubs. Dartmoor National Park and Exmoor National Park are also accessible, great for moorland walks and cream teas in quaint villages. If you fancy a trip to the coastline, you will be just a 15 minute drive to the stunning North Cornish coast where you can take a walk along the South West Coast Path taking in the beautiful scenery from cliff tops to sandy coves. The nearby village of Kilkhampton offers pubs, shops and take-aways and the coastal town of Bude offers supermarkets, pubs, shops and sandy beaches perfect for surfing. Being within a couple of miles of the A39, you will have easy access to the whole of the area from North Devon right to the end of Cornwall.
