Cycling on quiet country lanes walking and bird watching are all popular here and Caister Castle's car collection boat hire and sailing on the nearby Broads Hickling Broad Nature Reserve and Great Yarmouth for family fun (3 miles) are all easily accessible as are river trips at Wroxham and medieval Norwich with its castle cathedral and fine shopping.
