Set between the picturesque village of Lavenham, 5 minutes, and the historic market town of Bury St Edmunds, 8 minutes, the cottage is ideally situated to explore the delights of Suffolk. Slightly further on are Newmarket for a day at the races and the city of Cambridge. Shop and pub 1 mile, restaurant ½ mile. Large living/dining room with wood-burning stove in inglenook fireplace, double sofa bed (alternative sleeping), French doors and tiled floor. Kitchen with electric induction range (for cooking), tiled floor. First floor: Two double bedrooms. Bathroom with shower attachment, separate shower cubicle and toilet.
