Bay Annexe is a timber-framed, self-contained building on one level with a south facing verandah. The area offers excellent walking, cycling, fishing and the enchanting gardens of the Old Cottage, part of the National Garden Scheme and open to the public all year. Cromer and Norwich within easy reach. Shop 2 miles, pub ¾ mile. Bay Cottage: Beamed living room with pot belly wood-burning stove. Dining room. Well-equipped kitchen with tiled floor. Sitting room with Calor gas fire. Utility. Wooden spiral staircase to first floor: Double bedroom with beamed ceiling and TV. Two twin bedrooms; one with 2ft 6in beds, one with additional bed (for +1) and TV. Bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet.
