Only 5 miles from Bath and less than a 30-minute drive from Bristol. Dyrham Park (NT), Badminton Horse Trials and Westonbirt Arboretum are nearby. Shop ¼ mile, pub 300 yards. Living room with wood-burning stove in large stone fireplace. Two steps up to sitting/dining room with single sofa bed (alternative sleeping only) and patio doors. Well-equipped kitchen with breakfast area. Open-tread stairs to first floor: Double bedroom with 5ft bed. Twin bedroom with exposed brickwork. Shower room with large shower cubicle and toilet.
