At the bottom of the valley you can find beautiful Canonteign Falls, a fantastic walk with a cafe at the end to refresh you before you bound off for further attractions. An ideal base for exploring the area, there is much to see and do, the historic regional city of Exeter is a 20 minute drive and offers a range of shops, pubs, restaurants and leisure facilities. Torbay has a choice of long sandy beaches, and Dartmoor is well worth a visit for its rugged splendour and wildlife. Other attractions include Crealy Devon, Castle Drogo, Lydford Gorge, River Dart Country Park and numerous National Trust properties. Amenities: ample parking.
