A collection of excellent beaches are a short while away including Porthleven (8 miles), Gwithian and St Ives (8-10 miles). Many attractions that are well worth a visit and very close by include The National Seal Sanctuary, Flambards and The Paradise Park Wildlife Sanctuary. Each of the properties are named after one of the family's pedigree herds. Farm activities: you will be able to watch the daily farming activities and enjoy the pet's corner with rabbits and guinea pigs. Games barn: with a full size pool table and table tennis. Shared utility room: situated adjacent to the barns housing a washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: lawned garden, take advantage of the picturesque footpaths that run from the farm up to the beacon with breathtaking views. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen and electric included. Billy’s Barn (TE3) was formerly the goat house and this characterful barn has exposed stone walls with a comfortable sitting area with traditional gas stove for cosy evenings, and its own outside seating area for alternative relaxation. With large doors to the front of the property letting light into the dining area, there is a further kitchen area with two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. Just 10 miles from Helston and 23 miles from Falmouth, this area of Cornwall is well known for its wealth of wildlife, many NT gardens, sheltered sandy beaches and romantic coves. The tranquil wooded coastline running up to the Helford Estuary offers some of the most spectacular walks in the south-west.

The owners live with their dogs on the farm, which is run as a retirement hobby. In addition to horses grazing the land there are chickens and ducks with an oguage garden railway in the orchard.
