Set in the grounds of the owners' home it sits 5 miles from the market town of Bungay. Quiet lanes are ideal for cycling and walking and closeby is a World War II American airbase museum. The Norfolk Broads Southwold RSPB Minsmere and Norwich are all an easy drive. Pub ¼ mile shops 2½ miles.
