For children there is a well equipped adventure play area and an area for ball games and they will surely enjoy stroking the tame rabbits and goats.

From the lane a rough track (not suitable for toddlers or the infirm) leads down to the coastal path from where there are magnificent views across Bideford Bay towards Clovelly and the beaches of Devon's northern coastline.
