Visitors can enjoy spectacular coastal walking from the door and both horse riding and golf are available within 1 mile as are boat trips to Lundy Island and pleasure boat and fishing excursions along the dramatic coastline.

A perfect position for enjoying the many facilities the town has to offer with walking distance including theatre, shops, pubs, restaurants, fishing trips, day trips to Lundy Island, museum and much more. Enjoy some lovely cliff top walks from the town or venture further afield and explore north Devon with some long sandy surfing beaches, sheltered coves, National Trust Arlington Court, Watermouth Castle, Valley of The Rocks, rugged Exmoor for its scenery, The Tarka Trail and much more. In the evenings stroll the Victorian town, enjoy some of the many pavement cafés and pubs or relax with a BBQ in the enclosed rear patio and lawn garden.
