Accommodation overview: Set on the edge of the beautiful Argyll Forest Park and enjoying stunning views of the River Eachaig and Holy Loch beyond, this charming apartment is set within a private residential development. It has a wonderful elevated position to fully appreciate the beautiful surrounding scenery and the bright, spacious interior is very well presented and extremely comfortable. There are communal gardens for sitting out, a secure storage area for bikes/equipment/etc and private parking. Kilmun is a small settlement spread along the banks of the Holy Loch on the Cowal Peninsula, 'Scotland's Best Kept Secret'. The area is renowned for its beauty and tranquility with the main town of Dunoon 5 miles away where guests can enjoy excellent shopping, restuarants, cafes, pubs and leisure facilities including a swimming pool. Within the surrounding area there are superb recreational amenities including watersports, angling, golf, quad biking, mountain biking, pony trekking and forest walks. This is a perfect base for exploring with day trips possible by ferry, to Glasgow, Loch Lomond and the Clyde Coast. Shops nearby, pub/hotel 1 mile. 2 double bedrooms (a single folding bed can be placed in one room if required), open plan living room / dining area / kitchen, bathroom with shower over bath.
