Accommodation overview: Beechwood is a lovely detached bungalow sitting on the hillside overlooking Loch Awe village. This property provides great family living accommodation with a large, bright lounge, a spacious kitchen and two good sized bedrooms, plus a bathroom and a shower room. The lounge has an open fire, a comfortable leather suite and a bay window with a stunning view westwards of the loch and east towards Ben Lui. The kitchen is well equipped and has a large amount of storage space. With a view down the loch, the generous sized master bedroom has a king size bed and also a guest bed which can be set up as a single or twin. The second bedroom has two single beds and looks onto the back garden and hillside behind. The mature garden has some lovely trees, shrubs and a rolling lawn. From the front patio area you can sit and enjoy the view and watch village life pass by. With close proximity to essential amenities; only a minutes walk from the local village shop, post office, a hotel and pub with restaurant.
