Set on the historic quay at Mistley, it has delightful views across the river and is ideally placed to explore the Essex and Suffolk coast and countryside. Constable country, Dedham and Flatford Mill are both on your doorstep and the nearby market town of Manningtree is within walking distance. Small village shop 100 yards. Two steps to well-equipped kitchen/dining room, wooden floor. Steps to study/snug with gas ‘wood burner’ and wooden floor, door to gravelled garden. Steep stairs to first floor: Large living room with French doors to juliet balcony with river views. Beamed double bedroom with 5ft bed. Bathroom with separate shower cubicle and toilet.
