Furnished and fitted in a tasteful contemporary manner the bright sunny rooms are comfortable and welcoming. There is a large enclosed garden with decking accessed by patio doors, garden furniture is provided to sit out and enjoy the scenic surroundings.
The village shop and hotel are less than a mile, the popular mountain resort of Aviemore is 10 miles and the city of Inverness is less than an hour's drive. There are excellent walks, fishing and golf as well as a wide range of outdoor activities including climbing, winter sports and water sports. The famous RSPB Osprey Centre is nearby and there is a wealth of bird and wild life in the area as well as many places of historical interest to visit.

Accommodation overview: Beautifully positioned on a quiet, leafy site on the edge of this peaceful Speyside village, this individually designed contemporary house is an excellent choice for a family holiday. The interior is particularly spacious with very bright rooms and is attractively furnished and equipped to a very high standard. There are large enclosed fenced grass and woodland gardens which enjoy all round sunshine, patio with garden furniture and barbecue for outdoor living and a double garage. Children will thoroughly enjoy the indoor games room with table tennis, etc. There is a wheelchair ramp but the bedrooms are on the upper floor.
Nethy Bridge sits in the Cairngorm National Park amongst stunning mountain and forest scenery and has local shops. The property is ideally situated for participating in the wealth of outdoor activities available which include mountain biking on extensive marked trails, golf, walking, climbing, riding, winter sports, water sports and fishing. This is also an ideal base for touring the Highlands, Loch Ness and the Moray Firth coast. The Loch Garten osprey reserve is nearby and Aviemore and Inverness which are both a short drive away offer a wide range of facilities. Village shops.

Accommodation overview: Peacefully situated on a quiet country road, 1/2 a mile outside the village of Nethy Bridge in the beautiful Spey Valley, this very attractive and deceptively spacious cottage enjoys lovely views over the river to the mountains beyond. The cottage offers a high standard and is bright, welcoming and very comfortable. All rooms are on one level and may suit guests with walking difficulties. There is a safely enclosed garden with patio furniture and barbecue.
Nethy Bridge has shops and an excellent hotel while the facilities of the mountain resort of Aviemore and the Highland Capital of Inverness are within easy reach.
