This is the perfect spot for those wishing to get away from it all and enjoy the more relaxed pace of life, within this traditional rural village. This area has always been popular with walkers of all abilities, and has been named the 'gateway to Exmoor', from your front door enjoy walks in all direction out of the village and out in to the countryside beyond. The market town of South Molton is easily reached and enjoys a wealth of restaurants/tea rooms, shops and its historic pannier market. This is the perfect area for guests to look to explore the whole of Devon, with the stunning sandy beaches that litter the North Devon coastline and the rugged heart of the moorland of Exmoor, both can be reached within 30 minutes. Or why not simply stroll to the local pub and enjoy the local hospitality and relax after your busy days exploring. This character filled accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 spacious master double and 1 further compact double, both with hairdryers and located on the first floor and reached via steep winding cottage-style steps. Bathroom: offers shower over bath and WC, also located on the first floor. Lounge: with wood burner and seating around the flat screen TV with iPod dock, DVD and Freeview. Kitchen/diner: this generous room benefits from a newly fitted kitchen, with integrated oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and hi-fi. Utility: with washing machine also houses a downstairs WC. Outside: offers a private modest courtyard with BBQ area and garden furniture. Amenities: roadside parking.
