Peaceful and quiet each apartment retaining original features in its recently converted interior and enjoying its own garden area they sit beside the family run flower farm and an unobtrusive family camping field. The nearby beach sports a café and bar and fish and chip shop run by Chris Old of cricketing fame. Surfing lessons pick up from the farm and fishing trips can be arranged. Penzance St Michael's Mount (N.T.) Minack open air theatre and Tate gallery at St Ives are all a short drive. Pub and shop ½ mile.

Stroll to the half mile long sandy beach at Praa Sands, popular with families and surfers alike, across the golf course which is open to the public. The house is also within walking distance of the beachside bar and restaurant. This fantastic coastal location offers the chance to tour the whole of Cornwall with ease, with a collection of sandy beaches on the south coast, Lizard Peninsula and Lands End Peninsula and easy access to the popular towns of St Ives and Penzance. Other attractions include The Eden Project, Lands End, Flambards Theme Park, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and St Michaels Mount to name but a few. On site, relax in the enclosed garden or enjoy the views over the sea from the large patio or terraces where there is the opportunity to BBQ. The spacious accommodation with lovely pine floors offers FOUR bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite bathroom with shower attachment and WC, 1 twin (3' beds) with WC, both on the first floor, 1 double downstairs with French doors opening out onto the terrace and 1 twin downstairs (2'6" beds) with en-suite power shower room with WC.
