An idyllic spot for walking, fishing, riding or letterboxing, yet central to Plymouth, Torbay and the South Devon coast. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single. Bathroom: with bath, shower cubicle and WC. Separate downstairs WC. Lounge/diner: with TV, Freeview, DVD and open fire. Kitchen: with cooker, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Small conservatory off kitchen with seating. Outside: private garden, with stream, garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: garage. Bed linen included. Electric and central heating are by meter reading. 2 well behaved dogs welcome. Location: pub 0.25 miles, shop 6 miles, riding 3 miles, golf 11 miles. Arrival: 3pm.
