Accommodation overview: FORMER COACH HOUSE WITH OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL AND WOODLAND WALKS This lovely detached former coach house nestles in the grounds of an historic 16th century manor house with 30 acres to explore including woodland walks. Stroll to the tranquil lake with bench to relax and enjoy this wonderful peaceful spot. Surrounded by rolling countryside, ideally placed for touring the whole area. A few miles from the A30, you can be in Cornwall within 15 minutes. The lovely, long, sandy beaches on the North coast are a short drive as well as attractions to suit all tastes which include numerous National Trust properties and gardens, Launceston Steam Railway, Morwellham Quay and Roadford Reservoir which is a 20 minute walk and offers boating, fishing and more. In the evenings, the area has many popular family pubs, or you can relax on the enclosed suntrap patio area. Leisure facilities: enclosed outdoor solar heated swimming pool with seating. Games room: with dart board and football table. The spacious accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with TV and 2 twins. Bathroom: with shower over bath. Separate WC. Lounge/diner: with TV, DVD, Freeview and open fire (first basket of logs free). Kitchen: has a slate floor and is well-equipped with cooker, Aga, washer/dryer, fridge, dishwasher and microwave, freezer in the garage. Outside: enclosed garden with seating and BBQ.
