In the charming town of Evesham (4 miles) its arched bridge spanning the River Avon visitors will find a good selection of excellent shops. A drive of 12 miles reaches Worcester with its cathedral and racecourse whilst the theatres of Stratford-upon-Avon (15 miles) the historic spa town of Droitwich and the stylish shops and galleries in Cheltenham are all an easy drive. Characterised by their mellow honey coloured stone cottages Cotswold villages with quaint shops and fine restaurants inns and cafes are nearby including Chipping Campden and Broadway (15 miles).
