Sitting in a tiny hamlet by the church of St. Catherine, which was designed by Edward Welby Pugin, the property is set within 4 acres of the owner’s grounds and is ideally placed for walking and exploring this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Kent’s major independent brewery can be toured at Faversham, and trips made to the coast at Whitstable (where oysters can be enjoyed) or sandy beaches at Herne Bay. Historic Canterbury and the Channel Tunnel are within easy driving distance. Shops 1 mile. Living room with open fire and sofa-bed (for +2).
