You will also be close to many attractions including Woodlands Leisure Park, The English Riviera, Slapton Ley Nature Reserve, historic Plymouth and more. Accessed via five steps, this recently renovated farmhouse offers spacious accommodation and FOUR bedrooms: 1 king-size, 1 double, 1 family room with double bed and two 3' singles, and 1 twin bedroom. Bathroom: with shower taps, WC and heated towel rail. Large shower room located on second floor, with WC and heated towel rail which is accessed via steep gate leg stairs. Additional shower room with WC leading off the half landing between the ground floor and first floor. Lounge: with wood burner (logs provided), TV, DVD and comfy seating. Second lounge with comfy seating, TV, DVD and wood burner effect electric fire. Kitchen/diner: farmhouse style with cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer and feature Rayburn. Utility: with washing machine.
