Pennywort Mill is a Grade II listed converted mill, built of solid Cornish granite, and is peacefully situated at the end of a private driveway along with three other properties. This stone mill has been converted into a fantastic family home and has retained many character features to include the granite arches, some original beams and exposed natural stone walls. The interior is a mixture of traditional English charm expected in a building of this age and character, with the contrast of the two bedrooms on the second floor being very modern in colour and décor with stylish and glamorous en-suite bathrooms, and one of these bedrooms even features a circular double bed! The mill has a large sloping lawned garden to the rear, and a shared courtyard garden to the front. There is plenty of parking available on site.
