It is conveniently located on the corner of a busy high street in the heart of the delightful market town of Steyning, 100 yards from various amenities, restaurants, and bordered by the glorious South Downs National Park, access to which is only 100 yards from the door. Believed to have formerly been the school sweet shop, this charming cottage is one of a pair and has many features such as exposed flint wall in the living room, wood-burning stove, sloping ceilings and beams. Steyning leisure centre and indoor pool is close by as well as many NT homes and gardens. Brighton, Arundel, Worthing and Chichester are within easy driving distance. Shops 100 yards, pub 50 yards.
