Adjoining another holiday cottage on a development of four other conversions, and enjoying its own enclosed garden, the property offers ‘upside-down’ accommodation, with a spacious living room boasting vaulted ceilings with original roof trusses. Slapton Sands and Slapton Ley Nature Reserve lie approximately 1 mile, and Kingsbridge and Dartmouth are both just 5 miles away. Nearby Hallsands is a good historic site - the whole village was washed away in a storm, leaving only the ghostly remains of the cottages. South Devon coastal path approximately 1 mile. Shop ¼ mile, pub 150 yards. Step to entrance. First floor: Large living room with vaulted ceiling. Large farmhouse-style kitchen/dining room with vaulted ceiling. Separate toilet.
