Leading from the cottage garden are numerous walks in and around the orchards and moatside, and guests are welcome to enjoy the owner’s grounds. Many historic and medieval towns such as Lavenham, Long Melford, Sudbury and Framlingham are within easy reach. Shop and pubs 1 mile. Living/dining room with open fire, tiled floor and farmhouse-style kitchen area. First floor: Two double bedrooms, each with 5ft bed. Bunk bedroom with 2ft 6in beds.
