The owner has carefully renovated and beautifully furnished the cottage to a good standard with many tasteful finishing touches to provide a truly relaxing all-year-round getaway. The immediate area offers superb walking country and Exmoor, with its wonderful scenery and walks, is close by. Also ideally located for touring and exploring the whole of North Devon, its picturesque villages, bustling markets, beaches and a wide selection of popular attractions. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with attractive Victorian bed and 1 twin with a 3' single and a 2'6" single. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: with TV, DVD, hi-fi and cast iron coal effect gas stove for those cooler out-of-season evenings. Dining room: separate. Kitchen: with gas hob, electric oven, fridge with ice box, microwave and washing machine. Outside: paved courtyard area with steps leading to small charming terraced garden with seating and BBQ where you can relax and watch village life go by. Amenities: parking directly outside on a quiet lane. Bed linen, electric and central heating included. Regret no pets or smoking in the cottage. Surrounding the property is superb walking country and Exmoor, with its wonderful scenery, riding and walks, is close by. Just a short drive from the village of Swimbridge, located in the heart of North Devon countryside, south east of the ancient port of Barnstaple and within easy reach of the North Devon coast. The 2 miles of golden sandy beach at Westward Ho! is just a 20 minute drive or enjoy the sand dunes at Instow with its lovely seafront restaurants and pubs. Or simply relax and unwind on the private balcony and take in the far reaching countryside and distant sea views. Farm activities: the owners are delighted to show guests around the farm and where guests can help with day-to-day farm activities. The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: master double bedroom with flat screen TV, private balcony and en-suite bathroom with separate shower cubicle and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: offering TV with DVD and Freeview. Kitchen area with integrated oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment and washing machine. Outside: enclosed rear garden with patio and small orchard. Amenities: off-road parking for 1 car. Bed linen, electric and central heating included.
