It is light, bright and modern, but retains some features of the old stables and has wonderful views over open farmland. Just a 200-yard walk from Thrigby Wildlife Gardens, it is conveniently situated for the sandy beaches at Winterton and Sea Palling or the Broads at Filby and Ormesby. There is excellent fishing nearby. Shops and pub 1 mile. Large beamed living room with wood-burning stove, glass panels along one wall and vaulted ceiling. Large beamed kitchen/dining room with French doors and vaulted ceiling. Utility. Double bedroom with 5ft bed. Bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet and tiled floor.
