Golf, fishing, swimming, riding, cycling and walking are available locally. Areas of interest nearby include Warwick Castle, Althorpe and Foxton Locks. Shop and pub 1½ miles. Large beamed living/dining room and well-equipped kitchen area with tiled floor. First floor: Two bedrooms, each with views to reservoir; one double and one twin with camp bed (for child).
