Good choice of pubs at Carlton (1 mile) and Middleham (4 miles). East Witton, for excellent restaurants, 5 miles. Leyburn, with its shops, 6 miles. Fishing on the River Ure, 1 mile. Shops 4½ miles. Open-plan sitting/dining room with open fire and modern fitted, farmhouse-style kitchen area. First floor: Double bedroom with en-suite shower room with toilet.
