Exmoor National Park the resorts of Lynton and Lynmouth (famously joined by cliff railway) the spectacular Brendon Hills picturesque Porlock Weir Watchet Dunster Castle (N.T.) and the Somerset Steam Railway out of Williton station are all within easy reach. Sea and fly fishing (rainbow trout) golf and riding are all enjoyed locally. Pub serving food and shop about 1 mile.

Accommodation overview: Daisy Cottage can trace its history back to 1529 and retains much of the original character, situated in the oldest part of Williton, between the Quantock and Brendon Hills. The semi-detached, thatched holiday cottage is surrounded by beautiful scenery, within a couple of miles of Exmoor National Park and one mile from the coastal footpath. The West Somerset Steam Train stops in Williton and will take you to Dunster, where you can visit the castle, shops and tea rooms and Minehead, with its sandy beach. Exmoor is 6 miles away and worth a visit, Dunkery Beacon is 10 mile, the highest point in Somerset and within driving distance of Lorna Doone valley, Lynton and Lynmouth.
