ENJOY THE SEASONAL ACTIVITIES FESTIVE LIGHTS AND STROKE A REINDEER JUST ONE MILE FROM THIS PROPERTY This cottage is in the World Heritage Site of the Luxulyan Valley an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with its unique network of waterside walks. The location offers the perfect spot for relaxation or a base for walking and sightseeing. Located within 7 acres of meadows and traditional broadleaf woodland with abundant wildlife and private woodland walk. The cottage lies 1 mile from Cornwall s premier attraction The Eden Project. In addition there is the Saints Way Pilgrim Trail and close by are The Lost Gardens of Heligan numerous National Trust properties and gardens The Tate Gallery at St Ives and much more. A 5 minute drive leads you to Cornwall s south coast which offers a taste of the real Cornwall its beaches secluded coves and picturesque fishing villages such as Looe Polperro and Mevagissey. For something different why not take a stroll or the cycle route to the village of Luxulyan and take the local train from the request stop to Newquay or why not try your hand at fishing only 2 miles away. The cosy cottage has been recently converted and offers upside-down style accommodation with ONE double bedroom: downstairs with TV/DVD and en-suite shower room and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner located on the first floor approached via a spiral staircase well- equipped with cooker fridge/freezer microwave. Door leads to veranda and external staircase to garden. Outside: garden with seating and woodland walk beyond. Amenities: parking for 1 car. Bed linen towels electric and gas central heating included. Dogs welcome between 1st November - Easter (1 dog welcome or 2 small dogs welcome). Regret no smoking. Regret no washing machine.
