The cottage has a single room, a double room with en-suite shower and two king-size double rooms with en-suite showers too. There is also a family bathroom and additional ground floor cloakroom. The living area is open plan, with a kitchen, dining room and sitting area with open fire. There is also a second sitting room. Outside is ample off road parking, and an enclosed lawned garden with furniture. 12 The Lawn is in a good location for the shop, pub and restaurant of the village, and also the amenities of Skibbereen, not to mention the rest of this lovely part of Cork.
