On the edge of a traditional market town there are many amenities within 1 mile including shops pubs swimming pool and restaurants. Ideally situated as a great base to explore Devon and Cornwall. The North Cornish coast is a 20 minute drive and ideal for surfers and sunbathers with long sandy beaches as well as coves to explore and cliff-top walks to ramble.
