Ideally placed for visiting some popular attractions with something for most tastes including rugged Dartmoor Launceston Steam Railway Bude Canal and Splashpool The Eden Project The Milky Way and much more. Try sailing or other water sports on the nearby Roadford Reservoir. Leisure facilities include: 1.5 acre coarse fishing lake stocked with carp rudd and roach. Indoor hydrotherapy pool measures 11m x 5m and a depth of 1.27m - 1.37m(open April October). Games room: with football table and pool table and table tennis. Licensed café/bar with wi-fi. Outside: fenced decked balcony with garden furniture. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and wi-fi included. Regret no smoking. Location: beach 20 minutes drive village shop and pub under 2 miles supermarket 6 miles. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Wet room: with shower and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan and spacious with TV/DVD. Kitchen area with electric oven and hob fridge/freezer washer/dryer and microwave. Amenities: 2 dogs welcome however please note that dogs must be kept on leads within the grounds at all times and are not permitted to swim in the lake. There is an exercise paddock onsite where dogs can run freely.
