Set around the former farm yard sympathetically converted from the disused farm buildings the properties retain much of the original character and charm. Located only 15 minutes from the beautiful Cardigan Bay with its wealth of stunning sandy beaches and littered with quaint fishing villages and picturesque harbour towns such as Aberaeron and New Quay both offering an array of popular and well regarded restaurants shops and pubs. A host of activities for the whole family are available a short drive from your doorstep including the stunning National Trust property of Llanerchaeron the medieval remains at Strata Florida Abbey Llain activity centre Fantasy Farm Park and Borth Animalarium to name but a few. Leisure facilities: the farm offers a well maintained nature trail that meanders through the 65 acres taking in a variety of breeds of sheep cows pigs and chickens along the way. Play facilities: guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor playground. Shared utility room: is available onsite. Outside: guests are invited to enjoy all 65 acres and shared gardens. This cosy characterful multi-level accommodation offers FIVE bedrooms: 1 double on the ground-floor 2 twins 1 bunk bedroom and 1 single room located on the first-floor. Bathroom: with bath and WC located on the first-floor with an additional shower room and WC located on the ground-floor. Lounge: this cosy modest space offers flatscreen TV with DVD and Freeview. Lounge/kitchen/diner: reached down a couple of steps offers integrated oven and hob microwave and fridge/freezer and additional lounge area with flatscreen TV with DVD and Freeview.
