Britton Lodge, formerly a gate house, is a now a charming Edwardian dormer bungalow in the heart of Braunton village, within a short stroll of the shops, pubs and restaurants and close to the popular Tarka Trail. Occupying a large corner plot this characterful home features a veranda and mature gardens to the front and side and a large lawned garden with fruit trees at the rear. A comfortable and cosy sitting room and galley style kitchen complemented by a spacious adjoining breakfast room are on the ground floor. The family bathroom and cloakroom are also downstairs. With three bedrooms in total, the double room is on the ground floor and both twin bedded rooms are upstairs on the first floor accessed by a fairly steep staircase. The central location of this property makes Britton Lodge an ideal base for exploring the coastline and scenery of this beautiful part of North Devon.
