Located within two acres of beautiful gardens in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this charming ancient attached cottage provides very comfortable and attractive holiday accommodation. With origins dating from the 1600s the cottage boasts many character features. Garden: Gently sloping including a copse, lawns, wild areas, flower meadow and formal gardens. Opposite is five-acres of land with a stream, ideal for children to explore.
Parking: Parking is available beside the owner's garage.
Heating: Electric convector heaters plus supplementary heating from woodburner.
Also Provided: Telephone (with weekly readings). Barbecue and garden furniture. Two baskets of logs for the woodburner.
Notes: A security deposit of £50 is payable to the owner on arrival. £50 reduction if booking 2 weeks- £100 reduction if booking 3 weeks. Due to steep stairs and sloping gardens this property is not suitable for the less mobile and small children may need supervision. The owners have their own two very friendly Golden Retrievers so are happy to accept equally sociable pets. Mini-breaks by arrangement.
