Christmas Cottage is a charming upside-down cottage near the village of Pensilva. The cottage has two ground floor bedrooms - a king-size double and a twin - and a ground floor bathroom and utility. Upstairs is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area and two Juliette balconies to enjoy the lovely rural views. Outside is ample off road parking, and a private patio, along with use of the owners' 20 acres of land and woodland. Christmas Cottage, despite it's name, makes a wonderful year-round retreat due to its proximity to the coast, moorland, city of Plymouth and more.
