With estuary glimpses from the spacious south facing decked terrace, this is an ideal spot for al fresco dining or simply relaxing in the sunshine at any time of day. With yachts and boats of all shapes and sizes bobbing on the water and the little white fishing village of Appledore rising up on the far shore, Instow is a truly picturesque location. If you are feeling energetic the famous Tarka trail passes through the village and provides both walkers and cyclists with miles of scenic tracks, eventually joining the South West Coastal path.
